My Mom told me that something like 28% of the population born after 1969 believes that the moon landings were a hoax. I'm so happy that a large chunk of my income is being so well spent on education. Some of the details can be found here:

Here's a link with some facts if you run across any idiots that think the moon landing was fake:

I also loved Ken Rockwell's article on the raw power of the Saturn V Rockets:

1 billion HP, that's some serious power...

It is of no use to call others idiots, especially when you have done much less investigation than many of us who think differently than you.
ReplyDeleteI’ve analyzed more than 500 NASA Apollo images by Adobe Photoshop CS4.
I enhanced the sky portion of the images.
To my surprise I found the Moon in the sky of several images, I found shooting stars, two landing modules (in the same image) and the stars in position as seen from the Earth. And not a shred of evidence that any Man has ever been on the Moon.
See for detail:

So I conclude that the images were faked by NASA. Then come the Europeans and the Japanese, and they can not see landing sites. Then comes NASA and they produce a black square and say this is the lunar rover. Would u believe yourself that to be true? I doubt it.
Just the simple fact that 40 years ago, with very basic electronic end instrumentation technology they could land on the Moon, but it takes 40 years with very sophisticated technology and we still do not have clear images of the landing sites, proves to me that such landings never took place.
Some of the arguments to prove the hoax are wrong (mainly related to shade) some are right, this means that it was a hoax.

Hi Alex,
ReplyDeleteSo, I guess all of these are faked as well?

BTW, I took a look at your page. It is quite entertaining, but misguided in terms of the technical approach (especially when it comes to analyzing photographs).
You may want to review some of the details and advice here and update some of your analysis accordingly:

Hi Sharkus:
ReplyDeleteI do think that almost everything on NASA sites is fake. I came to that conclusion by analyzing as many angles/subjects relating to the Apollo program as I could find. The following is some of them.
History:
1, Grissom and the Lemon
In January 1967, Virgil 'Gus' Grissom, a NASA Astronaut, held an unauthorized press conference in which he told reporters that the United States was "at least a decade away" from even contemplating a lunar mission. He was severely rebuked for giving that interview without permission. Following this reprimand, Gus Grissom hung a lemon attached to a coat-hanger in front of a NASA emblem ...
2, A 500 Page Report and a Death
Thomas Baron was a safety inspector during Apollo 1 construction. After the fire Baron testified before congress that the Apollo program was in such disarray the United States would never make it to the moon …
3, The First Astronauts Didn't See the Stars
During their first interview, Neil Armstrong and Michael Collins, did not know if they saw the stars from the Moon (while Buzz Aldrin looks down nervously)….
4, Richard Nixon
During the Apollo Moon Landings Richard Nixon was the President of the USA. We know his character from the Water-Gate scandal. (Historical events are always connected one way or an other.)
5, Wernher von Braun, a Nazi
He developed the deadly V-2 combat rocket for Hitler during World War II in Germany.
In the 1950s Von Braun worked as technical director at Disney Studio on three space-related television films.
In 1960 von Braun became director of Marshall Space Flight Center (NASA).

The above images show the CSM (Command Service Module) of Apollo 15. The photos were taken from the LEM (Landing Module or Lunar Excursion Module). The images show the Moon surface in the background.
This could have happened only if the CSM was to land instead of the LEM.
My God, what a mistake!
What we should see is the LEM going toward the surface as on the image:
http://www.astronautix.com/graphics/0/10075156.jpg
These images also prove that the fake Apollo images were created by a small group of experts with only a few scientists and engineers checking the images, therefore some mistakes were bound to happen.
While some images are obviously fake, there is a complete lack of scientific evidence of Astronauts landing on the Moon. This includes:
1, No Astronaut jumping higher on the Moon than on the Earth.
2, No Astronaut throws a rock to a very long distance.
3, Lack of acceleration on the videos of Apollo 15, 16, and 17 LEM lift-offs. Completely violates Newton’s Laws.
4, No over exposed pictures which would show the stars. The sky on the moon is pitch black and the stars are brilliant against that background.
(Even though NASA claims they had and used some 6000 ASA film in the CSM.)
5, Earth shine is about 50 times stronger than Moon shine on the Earth. This should have created some secondary shade effects where objects were in shade from the Sun but not from the Earth. None present on the Apollo images.
I think that is enough for a start (of discussion).
With Regard
Alex
